Pre-K 3 Agenda

Thank you all for joining our class for our Halloween celebration. Your generosity, participation, thoughtfulness and love were greatly appreciated by me, Mrs. Matilda and especially the children. It was one to remember and we look forward to having you again for several others. Our next upcoming classroom event will be our Thanksgiving Feast on Friday November 22 at 11;00am SAVE THE DATE and stay tuned for details.
This week will be a continuation of our previous centers as we are really enjoying learning all about ourselves and one another. We will continue to fish for our name cards and match our faces. We will also be using our block area as a measuring station. Children will stack blocks in order to count just how many it takes to equal their height as well as their friends. Dough will also be available for forming the bodies of ourselves or our friends (body, head, arms, legs….) Our Pumpkin Patch along with all usual centers will be open as well.
Our self-portraits are coming along beautifully as I still have a few more friends to work with this week. They will then be ready for display once all have been completed. We will also get to work on our cocoanut name trees as mentioned along with Paper Bag Stuffed Turkeys.
