Hoping that everyone has had a good weekend!
This coming Sunday, 3/26/17, our school will be celebrating “SpringFest,” at the Istria Club in Astoria. I am sure that you have received the information sent home with your child. I would like to thank those families who have generously supported this event. There is still time to donate or purchase tickets as well. This year we are honoring Mrs. A. Fable who has worked for the school for the past 29 years.
On Friday, March 17th, St. Patrick’s Day, Mrs. Constanzo and I surprised grades 4-8 with a breakfast of “green” bagels, juice and milk. The children had a good time. Check out our Facebook page and you might find a picture of you child celebrating with us.
Also, I would like to remind you that next week, from March 28th through the 30th, we will be administering the NYS ELA Test. More information will follow.
