Holy Week is here. We have been talking about the events in the last week Jesus spent with His disciples before His crucifixion and resurrection. May you have a blessed week as you walk with Jesus.

We have a short week, so we will not be starting a new story from our reading text. Instead we will have a creative writing piece about a bunny who finds a surprise in his Easter basket, read an article about recycling gum, and having fun with Easter Mad-Libs. Our new math topic will begin identifying and comparing three-dimensional shapes. Our spelling words are related to Easter, while our religion lessons continue our journey through Holy Week events. Farmer Dan from City Bees and Peas will come again to plant seeds with us on Tuesday afternoon during PBL. We’ll also have time for a craft or two.

Have a Blessed Easter and vacation time with family and friends.
