Here we are – the last few days of the 2018-2019 school year. At times, days dragged on and at others, time flew as we were having so much fun learning together. Now each child is ready to go on to the next grade with confidence in his/her abilities to ask questions, seek answers, and share what they have discovered with others. It is time for me to move on and do more things that make me happy – trolling Barnes & Noble for a good book, visiting relatives in a warmer climate, painting my apartment, making greeting cards, travelling to places on my bucket list, and getting up in the morning when I am finished sleeping vs. by an annoying alarm at 4:45a.m.!

This teacher has officially corrected her last homework page, administered her last test, and filled out her last Progress Report. Now, we clean up and organize the classroom to make it ready for the next teacher and group of learners who will arrive in September with eager faces and high hopes.

Well, I guess that’s all folks!

God’s blessings to you all. Keep the faith.
